Going on holiday?   Check out the cat hotel at our Kew clinic.

We know how precious they are and how worrying it can be when you are not able to look after your cat at home.  Let us care for your cat in our dedicated cattery.

With a variety of rooms, your cat will have their own full height or double width enclosures (more like hotel rooms really!) with daily access to play areas.  We also have two super spacious suites for those cats that need that extra level of luxury.

We are sure your cats stay will be as comfortable and stress free as possible with loads of love and patting!

Come and take a look around.

Phone us on 9853 9608 to book an inspection or to book your cats stay now.

Single cat    $23 per night

Two cats     $44 per night

My cat requires medication?    $25.50 per night

Please note - some cat boarding facilities charge per day (you will be charged for both check in and check out days) or have strict check out times in the morning.

Questions about boarding?  Let us answer them for you.

What does my cat need to board?

All cats must have be up to date with an F3 vaccination covering viral causes of cat flu and feline enteritis. Proof of vaccine and when your cat is next due will be required at the time of booking. Vaccines must be completed at least 14 days before admission. We recommend all cats are on regular preventative flea and intestinal worm control. If we do spot any evidence of fleas on your pet during their stay, we will treat with Advantage flea control. (Additional charges apply)

My cat is over 14 years old?   Will they be ok?

We are able to take extra care of our special senior patients. We do require that cats over 14 years have a health certificate issued by a Vet (either your Vet or we can arrange a visit with the Kew Vet downstairs) within the previous 6 months.

When do I pick up and drop off my cat?

We have recently extended our opening hours and check in and check out are now available from 8.30am - 1pm and 2pm - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.  On Saturdays we are open 9.30am  - 2.30pm.  Unfortunately we are not able to offer check in and check out on Sundays or public holidays.   Please allow 5-10 minutes to complete paperwork and if you have time, why not come upstairs and see where your pet will be staying!

What do you feed my cat?

We feed quality Hills Science diet pet food. If your pet requires special food or you would like to bring your own food, we can certainly feed them this.

My cat is on medication?

We can give medication while your pet stays, and with a Vet on site we are on hand should your pet require attention. Unfortunately we are unable to board diabetic animals that require twice daily insulin injections.

We do require a copy of your pets medical history for pets receiving medication as this helps us monitor their condition during their stay.

What happens if my pet gets sick while they stay?

When your pet stays, we will ask for your regular Vets details.  If your pet does become ill, we will get in touch with your contact person and arrange for them to obtain treatment at your preferred Vet. Unfortunately we are unable to transport cats. For emergency treatments or if no Vet is specified, we are lucky to sit on top of the Kew Vet!
